Do you have a problem with a parcel or delivery?

If you have a problem with a parcel or delivery, please contact the provider directly. If you are unable to contact the supplier or do not receive an answer from them, you can contact us at hello@mailjour.com

Have you had an accident?

If you have had an accident, please contact us using your Terminal app by shaking your device or tapping the SOS button. Remember that if you have been injured you should immediately contact the emergency services before contacting us.

Do you have a problem with the Terminal or web app?

If you have a problem with the Terminal or web app, please contact us at Support section of the Web app. You can also open a support ticket using your Terminal app by shaking your device or tapping the SOS button.
