We've said goodbye to Mailjour.
When we started Mailjour, it came from a simple idea: to build something useful, something thoughtful, something people would genuinely enjoy using. What we didn’t fully anticipate was everything that would come with it — the conversations, the feedback, the support, and the people behind it all.
Building a delivery platform in an increasingly restrictive regulatory environment proved to be far more complex than we initially imagined. At the same time, trying to drive adoption with a truly disruptive model — one that aimed to significantly improve working conditions for couriers, reduce operational costs, and make the entire system more fair and democratic — added another layer of challenge.
We believed deeply in that vision. And we still do.
But bringing meaningful change to established systems takes more than a good product — it requires timing, market readiness, and the ability to navigate external constraints that are often beyond your control.
To everyone who used Mailjour, shared it, challenged it, or believed in it — thank you. You helped turn a small idea into something real.
Deciding to shut it down hasn’t been easy. But like many things in this space, not every product is meant to last forever. What does last is what you learn, what you build next, and the people you meet along the way.
We’re incredibly proud of what Mailjour was, and even more grateful for having built it with you, in some way.
This isn’t the end for us — just a transition into what comes next.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
