How does it work for providers?
You post an open service (Journey) with your own requirements and preferences.
Our matching engine (Matcher) saves the Journey and looks for matching Requests.
Our matching engine is continuously looking for open Requests based on requirements, details and preferences from both parties.
You'll be notified when a Request matches one of your active Journeys.
You place your best bid on matched requests (or reject them)
You can place a bid manually or automatically, depending on Journey preferences and global preferences on automatic bidding. Distance (actual distance by road/street), price, and currency are some of the factors that are considered.
The requester accepts (or rejects) your bid.
The Requester (an individual or business) can accept one or more bids. This process can be automated, specially when it comes to e-commerce, to speed up the process and reduce loss of valuable time in a fast-paced environment. A payment pre-authorization is made at this point.
The Parcel is finally created when you confirm the Bid.
The Parcel is created as soon as you confirm the accepted Bid. The Parcel represents a service agreement between you and your customer.
The service is carried out.
The Parcel is successfully delivered. You get paid.
Once the Parcel is delivered, we process any pre-authorized payment and transfer the funds immediately to your account (we charge our fee during the transfer of funds). You can also activate batch payments at the end of the day to reduce fees.

You! You are the one who decides the price, taxes and fees you want to charge your customers. We stay out of your way.
By subscribing to the Starter plan, you can become a service provider (Provider) at no charge and we'll only charge a fee when you get paid. However, we do have subscription plans that substantially reduce the amount of fees we charge and give you access to more tools and features.
Yes, we charge a fee (fixed + variable) for each successfully paid invoice. The fees vary depending on the plan you have subscribed to. If you're subscribed to Pro or Enterprise plans, you will have access to reduced fees and you can further reduce the fees we charge by activating batch billing, which is done once a day for each customer or even get paid with cash (which reduces fees to zero)
The fee is charged at the time of transferring the funds to your account, which is usually done immediately upon capturing the customer's payment.
No, Mailjour does not charge any fee to your customers. The fees we charge are deducted from the amount you receive.
Mailjour is a platform that aims to connect providers with their customers, while giving full autonomy to providers to decide the conditions, terms and quality of the service they provide. Therefore, service providers are the guarantors and are fully responsible for the performance of the service they provide.
No, Mailjour is not a transport operator and does not offer these services directly or indirectly. We provide a technological tool to help independent and small service providers to connect with their customers, and perform their services in a professional manner.
Mailjour only mediates at no charge, when the dispute is due to a malfunction of our systems. However, we offer mediation services in any other dispute, charging a fee to the party requesting mediation. The amount of the fee varies depending on the plan you have subscribed to and is limited to serve as an impartial party, evaluating documents, records and evidence provided by the parties.
Absolutely! You can unsubscribe whenever you want without being penalized in any way.
Yes, all our rates and subscriptions include VAT. If your tax residence is located within the European Union, we will charge you VAT on digital transactions corresponding to your country of residence (0% if you provide a valid EU VAT number).
