How does it work for Commerce?
You post a request manually or automatically
You can create a request manually as soon as you receive an order or you can let your online store integration do the work for you. In connected stores, the request is sent to Mailjour as soon as the order is created, including all your requirements (price, time, users, etc.). The order will not be created if the connection to Mailjour fails.
Our matching engine processes your request and finds providers with active services
Our matching engine constantly looks for matches between requests and active provider services, based on the requirements, details and preferences of both parties. We use a complex algorithm to find the best match for each request.
Service providers send their offers (bids) for your request, always trying to meet your requirements.
Delivery service providers can see requests that match their services and send offers (bids) for each request. They can adjust the price, delivery time and share comments on each offer. To streamline the process, providers can set up automatic offers for requests that match their services.
You choose the offer that best suits your needs and budget. You can also set up your store to automatically choose offers that strictly meet your requirements.
You can see all the offers you receive and compare them with each other. You can select the offer that best suits your needs and budget. You can also set up your store to automatically choose offers that strictly meet the delivery time, maximum price and provider profile/rating.
A provider confirms an accepted offer and the service is contracted
Once you have selected one or more offers, the provider must confirm the offer and at that time the package will be formally created. From then on, the provider will be responsible for collecting, transporting and delivering the package.
The service is carried out
The parcel is delivered and the payment to the provider is automatically made.
Depending on the provider's settings, the payment is captured immediately from your stored credit card or delayed for batch collection at the end of the day.

Payments
We offer a secure payment system, using Stripe® technology. Credit card or debit card payments are made in a secure environment and your payment information is not shared with the providers.
Invoicing and accounting
Our system generates invoices and payment receipts automatically. You can download your invoices and receipts at any time from your control panel.
Geo-tracking
You will be able to track your parcels in real time. Each parcel has a unique tracking number and a tracking page (public/private) and if you use our integration module for WooCommerce, your customers will be able to track their parcels from your website.
Automation and optimization options
You can publish service requests manually, for greater control or automated, to streamline the process. Our system will help you at all times to find the most suitable provider for your shipment.
No exclusivity, no permanence
You can use Mailjour as a complement to other platforms or shipping methods. You can sign up or sign out whenever you want, without being penalized in any way.
