Open and fair deliveries for everyone
Parcels and Deliveries,
Redefined.
Mailjour provides an ecosystem where parcel and delivery service providers, from independent to SMB, can connect with their customers and manage their deliveries, with the freedom to decide their own terms and conditions.
Power to whom it belongs
Take control of the service from start to finish
We provide tools and services to facilitate the execution of parcel and delivery services, we do not interfere in the contracting process, nor do we define its conditions.
Both customers and service providers participate in the process and decide the type and the conditions of the service they want to receive or provide.
Whether manually or through automated contracting flows, any verified person or business can use our platform to provide or receive parcel services.
We connect people and help local business to grow
How does it work?
A service provider posts an open service (Journey).
A person or business (Client) posts a service request.
All Requests and Journeys go through our matching engine (Matcher).
Our matching engine filters and matches requests with open journeys based on requirements, details and preferences from both parties.
Providers are notified when a Request-Journey Match is found.
Providers place their best bids on matched requests.
Service providers can place bids manually or automatically. Automated bids are placed by our systems based on the service requirements and preferences. Distance (actual distance by road/street), price, and currency are some of the factors that are considered.
The requester accepts the bids that fit the requirements.
The Requester (an individual or business) can accept one or more bids. This process can be automated, specially when it comes to e-commerce, to speed up the process and reduce loss of valuable time in a fast-paced environment. A payment pre-authorization is made at this point.
The Provider confirms the service and the Parcel is created.
The Provider (an individual or business) confirms the service and the Parcel is created. The Parcel is the digital representation of the physical item/parcel that is being delivered.
The service is carried out.
Freedom, autonomy and a suite of tools.
What does Mailjour offer?
Freedom and true autonomy
Unlike other platforms, on Mailjour service providers can offer their services by defining their own conditions, such as price, routes and schedules.
Payments and tools for professionals
Mailjour is designed for service providers to carry out their services in a professional manner, providing business tools such as payment gateways, invoicing, accounting, geo-tracking, scheduling and more, all within a single platform.
Fair rates and fees
Our fees and commissions are not calculated on the basis of the product sold, but are calculated solely on the parcel service and are charged fairly, as a result of our operating expenses and payment processing costs.
Secured, GDPR ready systems
We take security and privacy very seriously. Our systems are designed to be secure and to comply with the GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Real people, secured parcels.
We use bank-grade identification systems to guarantee the identity of our service providers and merchants in order to minimize the probability of fraud. Our systems are regularly monitored to ensure that the people using our platform are really who they say they are.
Versatile and technology-agnostic
Mailjour is designed to adapt to the business models of our users. We do not interfere in the commercial process of businesses, nor do we force anyone to use specific sales channels. Any system or shop can connect to our systems through our API.
Save up to 40% in costs
We love burgers, but we don't sell them.
We do not interfere in the commercial process, nor in the business of our clients.
Our platform is only dedicated to connect parcel and delivery service providers with their customers, while providing a suite of tools to help providers perform their services in a professional manner. We do not (and will not) force anyone to sell their products through any channel, nor do we profit from the sales of products shipped through our systems.
